Social distancing

In line with government advice, we kindly ask you to keep two metres apart from other visitors and colleagues and follow our social distancing floor marking and posters.

Personal Protective Equipment

Our staff will be using PPE when they're assisting you or working on your car, including face coverings, gloves, anti-bacterial gel and wipes. If we need to drive or move your vehicle, we will ensure key touch points are covered.

Waiting areas

For customer safety, we've limited our waiting area and removed refreshment facilities.

Key vehicle touchpoints

When you purchase a new or used car, we will clean it thoroughly prior to your collection. The car will be fully sanitised inside and out. When you have car in for servicing we will wipe down the touch points. All loan cars will also be wiped down prior to use.

Unaccompanied Test Drive

We are offering unaccompanied test drives when pre-booked. Please contact us to arrange this and to provide the required proof of ID etc. All cars will have the key touchpoints cleaned prior to a test drive.

Contactless Handovers

We have streamlined our paperwork and will send to a mobile phone, tablet or PC all items requiring signing including finance documents.

No contact greetings

Thank you for visiting us, but we won’t be offering handshakes as usual. However, we will greet you with a friendly "hello" and help you in any way we can.
