Social distancing

In line with government advice, we kindly ask you to wear a face covering and keep two metres apart from other visitors and colleagues whilst following our social distancing floor markings and posters.

Personal Protective Equipment

Our staff will be using PPE when they're assisting you or working on your car, including face coverings, gloves, anti-bacterial gel and wipes. If we need to drive or move your vehicle, we will ensure key touch points are cleaned.

Waiting areas

For customer safety, we've limited our waiting area and removed refreshment facilities.

Sales Process

We have streamlined our sales process to ensure we are able to offer a contactless process, with finance being signed online away from the dealership giving you time to read through in the comfort of your own home. All paperwork can be sent to a mobile phone, tablet or PC.

Home Delivery

We are able to offer free home delivery within a reasonable distance subject to terms and conditions. Please ask one of the sales team for more information.

14 Day Return Policy

With all home deliveries we are able to offer a 14 day return subject to terms and conditions. T&C's are available on request.

Key vehicle touchpoints

When you purchase a new or used car, we will clean it thoroughly prior to your collection. The car will be fully sanitised inside and out. When you have car in for servicing we will wipe down the touch points. All loan cars will also be wiped down prior to use.

Unaccompanied Test Drive

We are offering unaccompanied test drives when pre-booked. Please contact us to arrange this and to provide the required proof of ID etc. All cars will have the key touchpoints cleaned prior to a test drive.
